In 2009 Sir Knight Gavin McCullough visited an area in Zimbabwe to help with the construction and repair of a local Hospital and School.
He shot these pictures to let you know what the conditions are like. As he has returned this year I thought it a good time for you to see them and to appreciate the work being carried out. I have asked him to bring other pics home with him and we will see them in due course.
He is appreciative of the assistance he has received from the Sir Knights of Bangor and will update us upon his return.
This is a typical kitchen cooker used to prepare family meals. A little different form our own, don't you think!
